they strobe for anything, I will be swapping them out for non flashing and leave my flash unit on the third brake light, maybe they wont bust my ***** over that one......I hope

With motorcycles, there is a federal law allowing blinking headlights in the daytime. No state can pass a law to the contrary.

I also have a flashing brakelight on my bike. Same concept -- blinks at first, then steady on. Not sure about the legality of that, but I've run it for at least four years.

There are no issues for blinking third brake lights. The law here states that you must have a minimum of one properly working tail light. But modified tail lights might be an issue.

Are those Xenarcs? Stock bulbs?

I really like the white/amber corner lamps. Are they much brighter than regular incandescent?
