Hey all

what type of heli coil would be best for a 02 L

and what are the best and longest lasting spar plugs to install

also if I want to change out the heads and stay with my stock engine
what would be a good set of high performane ported heads to replace the factory heads any good brand names would be helpful and prices on how much they might cost

helicoil is simply a brand name (although they do make a good spark plug thread repair kit)
As far as spark plugs if its stock use the motor craft factory plugs.

As far as the head go with the Patriot heads, not sure on the cost.
