Post Calling Tampabaylightning

Found the Dynamat products. which is better to us the premium or the super? What I worry about is the super leaving an odor in the truck. Dynamat's web site said the premium is odorless, but it does not say if the super dynamat is odorless. The super is better at dampening sound though.

Rob:

Super seems to be more heat resistant, too. I was very satisfied with the Premium, though. Didn't leave any odor. The only odor that remained was from the rubberized undercoating that I used post-dynamat(only lasted a few days).

I think you'll find that the price point on the Premium is going to be better also.
Best place I found to purchase was from high quality stereo shops. They purchase in large rolls.

**** Here's something to think about(I have to go back to do it). While you've got the trim pieces off, coat the undersides with either Dynamat or rubberized undercoating. With alot of bass, they have a tendency to vibrate. Just a thought.

Good luck! Let me know if I can help further.
