Someone will correct me fast if I am wrong but there are a few posts regarding how to get the fogs to turn on in different positions of the light switch. BUT I do not think that anyone has discovered away to do fogs only, unless one uses a separate switch jerry-rigged in the cab

I only know of turning the fogs on with the parking lights. You have to jump somewires and some drilling.

I found a post that I printed out in late winter about running fogs and parking lites.
Now I've done it to my 99 L and will look for the copy I used when I did the job. If I can't find it in my book on the L I'll post how I did mine in a few days.

I rewired my head lamp switch with a diode to run from the parking lamp circut to power up the fog lamp relay.

Then I dissasembled the head lamp switch and ground out the detent ramp so that the head lamp switch could be pulled out to allow the fog lamp switch to be activated.

dont remember the wire colors off of the top of my head but if anyone is interested just email me at lightningstruck9@aol.com and ill get back to you with the wire colors.
