I know what's new. I ordered a set of "custom manufactured" wheels to my specifications and what did those idiots do ? Made them to what they wanted without even consulting me. I ordered 18x9.5's with a 6" backspace. They sent me 18x9.5's with a 5" backspace. Now if I understand the threads concerning backspacing the factory backspace is 5.8" and a 6" backspace should work. Am I missing something ? They say a 6" backspace won't work. I call b.s. they just f'd up and made them wrong and don't want to remake them. I don't want the wheels to stick out any further than stock. Am I missing something ?

 

If you have a receipt stating you paid for a 6" backspace,the seller is in breech of contract and is obligated to make it right.



edit..but, if a 6" backspace doesent fit,then they did you a favor

 

If you have the wheels in hand jack up your truck on put one on.
