I seen a Lightning ProM on Swanson's L and it has its own filter. My 98GT has the same ProM 80mm (diff inj calibration) and it too has its own filter.

What K&N are you refering to? the one that comes bolted to the MAF from ProM or does that ProM work with the stock air box with a replacement K&N filter. Just curious cause I am thinking of getting the ProM for my L.

I hate to burst your bubble, BUT there is no chance in hell you pulled a 1.6 60 foot time in your truck with stock radial tires.

Best 60' I've ever gotten is 1.90 on stock F1s, but I haven't run 12.9s yet.

I'm only guessing, but I think the assumption could be readily made that the claim was based on stock tires based on the title of the thread, to wit: "2000 stock tires fast"

I'm not doubting your truck ability to make some pretty good power..but have you ever seen a street car do a 1.6? I would beleive the high 1.8's and a low 13. Duplicate it before you claim it is all I ask.

Sorry guys, the king of all doubters here, and he did run that on street tires...
I have two freinds that saw it. It was at fun ford in Norwalk, ~2 weekends back. He ran right after the slick tire cars, and they lay down the VHT at norwalk...
