Post Superchip CUX2R78

How do you like the chip shifting? Do you notice a little hunting around 2600 and 3800 rpm.. while cruising. ....

Also any check engine lites?

Found a bad switch on mine and replaced it with a heavy duty one. Was crossing over in stage two with stage one... Checked test with tester and found it... Fixed it and Wam... All fixed no check engine light... I am satisfied with the chip otherwise...
Ho long has it been taking to calibrate the factory computer... To learn the learn cycle.

I haven't noticed any hunting in the range you specified. However, when you mash the pedal and then let off before it shifts for any number of reasons (cops, traffic, etc.) it shifts so hard I feel as if I'm going to leave chunks of metal on the highway. Also, are you running in the hot position around town, or do you keep it in the 1 position, which just changes the shift and nothing else? I am worried that I'm not doing the L any good by leaving it in the performance position at all times. Any remarks would be appreciated.
To answer your second question, it seems if you disconnect the battery during install, it may only take a day or so to calibrate fully. Perhaps two to meter fuel properly.

I must confess, the shifting is rather abrupt. Kind of all or nothing. If I am above 3000 RPM's but less than WOT when shifting I make sure to brace myself.

cobra99 - Runs great but shifts hard. Love the downshift ability that wasn't there before. Haven't had any problems with the check engine light.
