lots of questions about lighting

just bought a 01 ford lightning with a few mods. The owner B4 me doesn;t know much about what the mods are he just put parts on it. My first question is how much horse power can it take before havin to change the injectors and or fuel pump.

From what im seeing everybudy is going with long tube headers on these trucks, Is there much of a diffrence in power betwin the long tubes and short tubes? also what headers are the headers to buy?

I just put a bbk cold air intake on my truck and it seams to of made it slower, and my boost is now higher. Im not sure exactly how high but i bary the stock gauge by quite a bit i figure its 15psi+. I will know when my boost gauge comes in, So my next question is how much boost can these trucks handle?

Is there any kind of EMS i can put on this truck to tune it on a dyno?

For a catback system should i go with flowmaster, borla or bassani? I dont care about look just how much power it makes

Do you have a stock or ported blower??? If you are running 15psi on a stock non ported blower you better stop. I really wouldnt go over 14psi. What size lower pulley do you have? If you do not know, measuer the diameter, then i could tell you. You dont need to worry about injectors/pump untill your about 450-500hp.

measure the diameter of the pulley and post here, someone will be able to tell you.
i would say you need to get a dyno tune since you don't know what you have

the stock pulley has a cage attached to it, most aftermarket ones, no cage, just a pulley unless it is an old JDM pulley.

he told me he was power drive pulleys or somthing like that, i know that its got upgraded pulleys on the s/c. Id go messure the pulley but its raining outside so nah

Thats not really what im worried about, I just would like to get a EMS, if theres one?and put it on the dyno and tune it. But first id like to put a full exhaust system on it, But i dont know what works and what dosn;t on a lightning.
