Question 0-60 times chip vs no chip

Has anyone done a comparison of 0-60 times of their L before and after installing a chip? I don't have access to a drag strip to get good times, only a wristwatch.

Thx!

Dont have 0-60 but with a PSP chip I had times of 13.9@101 and with it set to stock, I got 14.4@98 in the 1/4 mile. That is 1/2 second and 3 mph with just a chip.

Cool

Stop watch is pretty inaccurate when you factor in the reaction time variable. That's why all the world records were invalidated when they went to electronic timing. I suggest you get a G-tech Pro, it is a very fun device, and much more accurate than a watch.

Can't say for sure on 0-60 times, but in the 1/4 I went from 14.1 @ 97 stock to 13.7 @ 100 with the chip alone. Just a guess, but based on my 1/8 mile times and speeds I'd guess 0-60 is happening in the 5.3 second range with a good launch.

Talking

I only had 800 miles on my 00L when I tested it a few weeks ago with a G-tech. Sorry, I did not test it without a PSP chip though and now it is too late because I just installed 4.10 gears today. Anyhow, with a PSP/K&N filter,(and only one pass), it went 5.2 and then turned a 13.5 1/4 mile a few days later. If you are wondering if the chip really makes a difference, it DOES, I could not imagine life without it!!!!
