YEAH!

I got my baby back this afternoon after it was rearended 2 weeks ago.

Everything is A5 Cool. Drove it all over town and thru the canyons and all is perfect.

The body shop did an awesome job. You'd never know it was hit.

I bet you are happy. I remember when I got mine back in MARCH when i went in to get fixed in JANUARY. But all was well when I got it back.

 

Yup, life is good.

Didn't realize just HOW MUCH i had grown accustomed to this truck. I LOVE MY TRUCK.

Some coincidence...I got my L back after 4 weeks. It looks great...I was concerned because I took into a dealer with a hugh body shop and was expecting assembly line process. Considerable delay in ordering parts. They replaced the bumper, tailgate, drivers rear body panel (fender) paint matches up, don't see any significant allignment gaps, all in all I am satified. The body shop manager is a ford nut and he will attend our Friday night car show. Some things i have learned about body shops:
1. Give them a down payment of sorts and tell them to call you when the parts come in.
2. Don't pick a body shop that you pass every day on the way to work. Seeing my L gathering dust every day is disheartening. Yea I finally got it back all detailed in its glistening glory. Canb't wait to go to the car show tonite with all the other L's....
