Don't remember the name of the place, but they are a NLOC discounter.

Its a subtle change, but a good one. The have a deeper rumble at idle and a bit more sound under throttle.

I dont have any firm figures, but I suspect that the gain is minimal. That said, I ran a 13.2 after my header install, with a previous best of 13.4. I think that they probably give more gain if you already have a chip and filter by optimizing the increased flow.

Tough from what I gather. I had a local shop do it for $250. Afterwards the guy said he'd never do it again so cheap. It took about 4 hours.
