Superchip CUX1 vs TRAC program
Everyone,
For those with a 99 looking for some good streetable gains, call troyer and place your order. My rebrun took 5 days(Thanks UPS 2nd day...
)I will say that I wasn't that happy with the CUX1 program in my 99, but after a call to mike, things are much...much...much better.
In summary, its a much different truck. The shifts are firmer and quicker. As a matter of fact on the street, chirping 1-2 was no problem and I would be willing to bet that 2-3 could be chirped if you really got on it. I realize that my newly aquired 1/4 mile best of 13.76 isn't a mind numbing time, but hey, that was my 2nd ever dragstrip run. Let me tell you....the first time, there is a lot of ***** going through your mind as you approach the lights. I plan to practice and improve 60' times and launch technique. I am willing to bet that with a few more practice runs, 13.5 is very doable. Just for reference, neither PSP truck (2 of them) broke 13.5. I am not starting a war, just stating the facts as I witnessed them today.
My .02 cents,
