Question Smaller blower pulley

Do the supercharger rotors flex when a smaller blower pulley is installed and the supercharger is spun at a higher rpm.

Someone told me that is what Eaton has said.

Can someone explain this?

If you search through the past posts, you'll get alot of info on this.
Beleive what was said is the manifold pressure increased due to the extra boost, causeing the rotors to flex.
There's a guy in here that's been talking to an eaton engineer (silverbullet?) that could probably fill you in alot more.
I went ahead and put the smaller pulley on under the theory that if you have an increase in manifold pressure, to eliminate the excess with proper flow, hence complete MAF specifically calibrated for the lightning(not just filter), properly programmed chip, and good high flow exhaust.
I've had mine on for just over a month now, the big thing that I really like about the smaller pulley is you don't have to go WOT and crank up the RPM's to get high boost from the blower. Great for the highway passes, quick red light take offs, or just a quick chirp of the tires to let the vette guru's know not to mess with you.
