JDM Silver Bullet

I was wondering, what kind of mufflers does the JDM Silver Bullet use? Would they happen to be Magnaflow? A response ASAP from anyone in the know (JDM or customer) would be helpful.

Yes I did search first. Thanks!

My Magnaflow, JDM c/b has been on for about 4 years and it's perfect; no rust on the exterior and the sound is 'just right' for me; not too loud or raspy but louder than stock. Good mod!

yeah

mine is about 4 years old. The pipes from the mufflers to the tips are pretty much rotted all the way through. Never driven in the winter. Hardly ever in the rain.

Everything else held up though. Just waiting for tips to just fall off and i guess i'll replace it.

I won't do another Silver Bullet though. It was fine for a while. Then i put the headers and high flows on, and it was still fine for a while, but it's starting to annoy me. Just too loud now.

Is that right after it was installed or after some heavy cleaning, cause mine looks no where near that clean, but its been on for about 8 months now.

Mine has been on almost 2 years and still looks good even with winter driving. The only thing that looked like **** were the heatshields on the cats. When I put new ones on I coated them with por20 before hand.

That was when I installed it back in February...but, it still looks the same way now! It's not driven in the rain though and lives in the garage. Plus, I keep the pipes polished...for show purposes!
