i would definately suggest them..anything would be better than the p.o.s. ford ones..also they have to be shorter than stock so might as well get them...

It is a pretty simply parts swap. Much easier than the bell tech or other kits. Any good shop could install it for you. Since the travel is much shorter you really need the shocks too, but you don't have to replace them. They will also wear much faster because even at a stop, the shocks have more compression on them due to the shorter travel.

$400 is a little steep for the shocks though. The shocks for the kit are bilsteins and if you could find the model number of the shocks in the kit, I believe you could order them for around $150 and save about $250 on the total package.
