SOB!
Well, I've spent the last two days washing / detailing the L. Today, was the last leg...the engine. I open the hood and start wiping away what little dust has accumulated since the last time I wiped the engine down. Anyway, I notice little greasy spots spread here and there on the passenger side of the compartment. I start looking a little harder and notice spots of green fluid all around the left side of the block and the supercharger.
I also noticed lots of waterspots on one of the two hoses to the left (Passenger side) of the SC (the hose with the green band around it). My intercooler level doesn't appear to be down very much (if at all), so I'm not sure. Do these signs sound like the dreaded intercooler leak? My truck is a 2000 and was built sometime in March (or so the door sticker says). I only have about 8,000 miles on it so far. Anything y'all can tell me would be appreciated because if it turns out to be "the leak" I will need to take my Bronco off the market ASAP so I can have some means of transportation during the transplant.
Thanks.

No, it's sounds like you have the dreaded heater hose leak. Check your rad overflow level and see if it's down. This leak is far more common than intercooler leaks.
An intercooler leak will not show up on the outside of the engine. It all gets ingested and blown out your tailpipe.
Now relax. That's better.

Thanks. I though about the fact that the fluid was on the outside about 15 minutes after I posted my original message. I had already left the house, though, and couldn't change it. I'll check the hose in the morning and make sure it's secure. Thanks again.

Make sure it isn't dripping on the #4 coil pack also. It will short it out.
