and I am not taking anything away from Dave and his accomplishments. That L just plain boogies.
Congrats again Dave.

CONGRATS Dave $ BOB!
..Either 1 of these trucks could be driving a 1000 miles on a trip if they want too. but they trailer them to the track incase something would break!.Both trucks have 4 year old JLP engines in them! and ice cold ac's!
.you might be asking what has been the difference in these trucks all of a sudden running 9's with ease?. We bolted the new JLP exhaust on these trucks and there you have it. Bob's truck was a consistent 10.3-4 truck all day long. we took off his dynatech system bolted on the JLP system and 9's! Thats it! Daves truck we did the same thing along with Dennys direct port N20 and there it is 9's with ease..we only have the maximizer set @ 38%!.(aprox.75-100 shot!). Daves truck will no doubt be running 9.5's here shortly once we turn the spray back up to 100%!A Full Weight Street Driver! Just insane!...

Way to go JLP!
That is a picture of the Race Tested 150-400 adjustable shot right off the racetested website. Dont try to act like its a picture of what he is running on his truck.

No that systems doesn't look like Dave's forsure can we say it's
ALL IN THE DISTRIBUTION BLOCK!!!
with all the direct port lines going to each runner , it appears like he is hitting it with more N2O NOT:::: maybe like 10-12 shot per cylinder :::: soon to be a 20 shot on top of those well aged JLP pistons
Oh yea!!
Good job man!!!

I may be missing something on what people think Dave has but that is Dave's manifold as I plumbed it and took those pictures. Johnny may had to modify this factory fuel rail set-up for their aftermarket one but that is the system overall.
For the record the set-up is theoretically rated at about 400hp as each pair of solenoids can flow about 225-250 hp. Now these flow tests are based of a straight line wide open configuration but direct port adds a lot more plumbing and restriction so I reduced the number to 200hp per nitrous solenoid.
As Johnny said the Maximiser was only set to 38% MAX power which would equal to about a 150 shot but this is not an exact science and a wide open solenoid wil flow more so that 38% is a little less than 150hp. Plus the fact we don't know the start power which is most likely a lot less than the 38% end power. So taking all the facts into consideration this was a very conservative set-up with a lot more left in it so I would say Johnny was very honest about the numbers based on rough calculations.

i got to agree with that,,,,,i also would like to see some dyno numbers with the kit
i know dale 01 pushed out over 875 rwhp and over a 1000rwtq with a plain ol nx system
anyway you shake it down it is still a 9 second truck
