how to prevent...

how to prevent...
is there any way to prevent the spark plugs from shooting out? what do they do come loose ? what is an easy fix for it?

They come loose because there are not enough threads in the heads. Nothing you can do but make sure they are properly tightened.

What Tim said: finger tight plus just 1/16th of a turn more. Overtightening can be as 'bad' as not tightening them enough. Weakens the already, too few threads in the heads.

you could always buy some new design ford heads with more threads.
