Post Question for FORDSALES

I was wondering what all is required to prove that I can A plan a Lightning. I have a local dealer that said they will give me A plan on my lightning no problem.

I just want to know if I need anything other than getting them to agree to an A plan deal.

Thanks for all your help on this topic BTW!

You have to get an authorization number from Ford. That number guarantees the delivering dealer that Ford will pay $$$$ back to them.

To be able to get an authorization number you or a member of your immediate family has to work for a company that is owned by Ford.

If you have such a person, they will know how to get the number.

Use the dealer that has approved the A Plan sale.

If a dealership is in an area where L's are going for MSRP or even over window sticker, a dealersip will not sell one for the A plan. They lose to much $$$$$$$ and I am afraid that I am in one of those areas.

But I will looking to it tomorrow and get back to you. What color are you considering??

Is there really a choice when it comes to color. Black is the only way for me!

They would A plan since they have 4 Lightnings currently. I already inspected the Black one they have and it is perfect. No scratches under the front air dam, no rubber in the wheel wells and very good paint condition.

Thanks for all your help!

GO for it.

Black is the only choice.

For your info. dealerships out this way won't go A Plan on an L. The reason is they can sell them at MSRP. An L selling at MSRP gives the dealership approx. $4,800.00 profit. An A Plan would give the store approx. $1,500.00 profit.

When I purchased mine, I had to pay MSRP. Soooo, once again, GO FOR IT
