OEM Brake pads

I need to get a set of OEM brake pads and don't want to get raked at my local dealer, has anyone bought them online and from whom? Also I don't have part numbers for either set that would also help. Thanks, T

Why do you specify OEM?

Would you consider an upgrade?

NAPA 1997+ F-250 (non Super-Duty) Severe Duty Cycle are an excelent replacement pad.

I guess they don't have to be OEM, here's the thing I have 25K on the original pads with zero issues, I going to upgrade to Todd's brake kit in the fall but I really don't want to drive/race on brake pads on that really need to be changed, I'm not doing cerimacs, I'll deal with the dust over melting rotors, maybe Hawks HPS would be a good upgrade and still be economical?

Here you go Todd
Fronts
PFC brake pads at AZ part# 0702.20 reg. $54.99 OR 0702.10 for Z rated $75.99

Rears
Part # 0711.2 $54.99
I have had great luck with these and sware by them. I ran the Z's in the front they dusted a little more then stock but stopped alot better. I still have the rears in and they are hold up great.

Chuck I think you are crack

I was in need of some new brake pads, so I did a search and came apon this thread.

I went to Autozone to get a set of new front pads. They pulled out a set of 697.2 and as soon as I saw them I knew they were not the right ones. So we looked it up in the computer and they showed a set for a 8 lug application. PFC Part# 0702.02 I took at look at them, and said those looky like the right ones.

So I brought those home, and they were the right ones for the front of my Lightning.

So by my experience you need part number 0702.02 for the front of our trucks.
