3 valve heads

Would 3 valve heads off a 05 f150 fit on a 01 lightning and if so would there be much performance benefit?

The heads would bolt to the block but the intake won't bolt to the heads.

There's plenty of room in the bed for them, but they weigh about 100 lbs, so expect to lose a tenth.
