I just bought my second lightning last week and it has a hard top on it and the paint is a darker grey than the original dark grey, I am getting it repainted along with a new rollpan and four smooth side steps. I am worried that these item won't match either, does the hard top not match because of the primer the previous painter used was darker, because I assumed he used the factory color. I just don't want my truck to be 10 different shades of grey. thanks for the help

 

Just check your paint code in the door jam and have a GOOD shop paint it.
