As for belt slip...I have been running a 2.75 upper for 4 years now along with a Metco Idler set up and have never experienced belt slip!

I didin't lose any lowend TQ with my port w/ a 4#.

One other thing...you may have to grind down the fins on your snout (as I did w/2.75) for clearance! No problem though!

Mine wasn't a Steig port. Bill (wjm) ported it. I was looking at my dyno sheets and aside from no loss it ramped up a lot faster. I wonder if it is because i only have a catback stock cats?
