I had an 02 Lightning for awhile until I got into an accident, and I put an Airaid CAI on and kept the stock airbox and filter. Will this airbox and filter move more air then a stock F-150 cone filter? I am thinking about modifying that stock box and putting it on my 03 F150 Supercrew. Any ideas?
