I'm from NJ. I've seen two lightnings here, one was with out of state plates, the other was a red '99... I know they sold about 30 of them within 60mi of me, so I'm hoping to see more.

I'll go pop over to the "happenings" area.

I havn't been to ETown yet, but I've "meant" to go twice, plans just keep getting changed. I've got some friends with imports that like to head down often and I've been planning on going with them (being the only domestic, heh)...

They said they've seen one Lightning while they were down there, maybe that was you?

I havn't run into any other 2000L's on the road yet, but I did run into two 99's. The SVT dealers around me are sold out of their L's at the moment... I think Pistulli in Paramus is supposed to get 4 more, but they're not in yet, no idea if they're ordered.

It probably wasn't me. I would like to go more often but things keep coming up that prevent me from going...the last time I was at E-town was on Mar. 20 That day had 3 L running including myself. It was the first time there with the L. I just wanted to get some base line numbers while still bone stock.

I'm close to 2 of ya, Jersey City Heights. I have seen plenty of L's at E-Town. I go often bec I tune a friends TT Supra. Seen lots of 12sec L's ranging from low to high 12's. I should be going to the Garden State Nationals this weekend.

Hey Slammed, who's TT do you tune?

 

My best friend, he actually like a brother so he get the VIP treatment. Just put in a new clutch, stillen DP, and Apexi exhaust. They guy he purchased it from had some Midas kinked up gross DP and some half HKS Dynomax rig. I can just get in in the high 11's but he just can't seem to drive it there himself, he's learning how to drive it down the track like he stole it so his best is a 12.1 and he gets 1.8 60ft's which is not bad for a 6sp. MPH is between 110-115. Still have a couple of things to do.
