Guys,

1) Can you get a lightning for less then MSRP?

2) How is the insurance compared to a regular F150? Do insurance companied ask whether the 5.4 is blown?

1. Yes you can it realyl depends on the dealership.
2. They go buy the Vin# and it is differnt then the regular f150.

As for your question about MSRP I am not too sure, I am sure if you find a dealer with a few that need to get rid of them you may get a deal .
Before I got my L I had a 99 F150 SuperCab 4X4 and when I got my new insurance it dropped by 40 a month!! I guess they just thought owning a 4X4 was more dangerous than a 360 HP bad@ss truck!

Before the L, I owned a 99 Sport Blazer 4x4 and after purchasing the L, my insurance went up approx. $40 for the year.

Looking for a better paying job to support my L

 

My insurance went DOWN $400 a year after getting out of a 95 Sable and into a 99 L, go figure. As far as sticker, I paid list, and the 2000 on the showroom floor last week had a $3000 "cost adjustment" added to the sticker. But hey, they put a man on the moon,so anything possible. Buy one, you won't regret it.
