I've got a weird idle problem (at least weird to me). Truck idles as it is supposed to around 700rpm until the transmission warms up, then it starts to idle at 1200 rpm or so.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

did you check for any codes?
supposed to work opposite. rev high on start up and then when the motor warms the rev drops i think.

 

No codes. Yes the idle starts higher, then the engine warms up and idle drops to correct value, then the trans warms up and idle increases.

IAC is fine (appears to work at least) Haven't checked EGR, but because of the trans thing, I'm thinking it's something else.
