Has anyone installed a flush mont bed cover that fits inside the bed rails?

I have seen a few brands that make this style. If you do have this style, then which brand did you buy? Any pics?

 

I have a Slim-Top bed cover, and it fits flush with the bed rails. Been very happy with it. sorry, no pics though.

Is the cover easy to remove?

Does the cover leak?

Did you paint it to match? My L is black, and I was wondering how the factory paint matches.

Does it lock?

If you had to do it all over again would you choose that cover or the snuglid?

 

DJY, I got it from Texas Truck N Stuff in Lancaster, Tx (972) 224-4000. Not sure what they normally cost, cause I got a deal. Someone else had ordered it, had it painted Ford white, and then reneged on the deal. Since it happened to fit my L., and was already the right color, I was pleased, and the shop wanted to get it sold since they knew it would get damaged if it was left laying around the shop. I paid $440, which is what they had in it. I'd guess they are normally aroung $600 by the time you get it painted.

 

Moonshine, Thanks for the reply! You got a great deal. In Hawaii they want $900. for the same cover painted and extra for installing it! I might go for the Tek Style soft cover for $260. Installed. I have to think about what cover I want! Thanks Again! DJY
