Cool 15 inch Lightning Drag Wheel in ACTION!!!!

For all the Toilet sitting magazine reading racers don't get up. You may lose your seat but for the hard core racers here are photos of the 15 inch drag wheel with 28 inch tall 15 x 11 Goodyears. Damn these tire are sticky. Just ask "High Risk".

In the Waterbox.

At the tree. Nice tire deflection

One last item to those that said a 15 inch wheel would not fit and you know who you are. NA NA NA NA NA !
Additionally! A big thank you to "High Risk" for all of his help in getting these wheels working. Bob and I will provide details to those who would like to use this system.

Great job BaBolt!

Will these 15" wheels be for sale? If the 18" Nittos were a misprint I want a pair!

Anybody wanna purchase my BFG DRs with 16" wheels? Only used them once! I'll sell em for a real low price...

Brimstone-
If you do wind up getting rid of your current set of drags, let me know. As a broke a$$ college student, I'm looking for all kinds of ways to save a buck or two. duck01@tamu.edu

Hey there's my truck, about to be man handled by High Risk. (He red lighted, in my defense)

Thanks Bob (High Risk), about the coil thing, knew that it was missing (thanks Jacob, for helping me verify this) , but I didn't know why, I put the F1's back on, and for shts and giggles pushed down all the coils, and guess what?
It ran ~.5 secs faster and 4 mph. (Fastest ever, with the F1s, and in that crappy weather too)
Cylinder #1 had a lose coil.

Hey Steve!
I was not going to say anything about the red light. I was thinking of going into Photoshop and swap the red and green lights. Boy! I would have given you a double whammy.

Steve,
I thought that was a .489 red light. I was just getting tuned for next weekends Pro tree (not).
BABolt,
I do appreciate (SP) all your help and R&D on the wheels. I will get a hold of you tomarrow after work about some other things.

By the way best run tonight was a 12.25 on the bottle 13.05 no bottle. I was staging deep working on a .400 pro tree. I didn't allow a whole lot of cool down time. Trying to get used to the tires. I did notice you have to shock these a little more insted of rolling into them like a street E.T. Which is hard to do with a pro tree. Hey, i'm still learning.

That wheel and tire package looks awesome! Sure better than the old 26 inchers that looked lost in those wheelwells!
