Post WWII nose art for the Bolt?!!

Hey folkes,

You may think this is "crazy" but here goes.
Today got a call from a friend who is a GM master mechanic. He asked if I had any Vette kills lately in my Bolt and why not place these kills on the fenders just like the "Victory" emblems or decals on wwII fighters and bombers. I told him he was insane and that I could not run around town looking that that. We both laughed but latter
in the day I thought that is a pretty wicked way to totally infuriate and intimidate Vettes, Transam's etc. What would be interesting is flourescent (glow in the dark)
soft plastic stick-on (and easily removable)
decals that were shaped like little vettes etc. Hmmmmm.......Crazy huh ???
BTW, many of us look to find brother and sister Bolt owners but very few of us are around. SOOOOOooo....this is because the land area of the U.S. is 3,536,293 square miles and if there are 8000 gen2 bolts that means that there is ONE bolt for every 442 square miles THEREFORE we dont see much of each other.

If a cop noticed that he might hassle you just because he thought you were street racing.

Besides after a while you would have so many
kills your truck would look ugly and kind of
crass. The BOLT is elegant, he talks softly and carries a hell of a stick !

Good Luck

Hey Dorgun1,
Thanks for the reply. This was just a wild idea that the "younger" crowd might find interesting for a Sat. night.

Good idea...also sounds like a good way to get "keyed" by a Chebbie Luvr.

You could just say that they are from Dragstrip races and you hate Corvettes and that's why you do it. If a cop pulls you over anytime for whatever, it probably won't be for your kill marks. They probably wouldn't notice them until they came up to your truck. There is a 5.0 LX running around Dearborn, MI that has about ten Chevy emblems on the side of his car marking his kills; at the time, I had my 97 SS. I was hoping to find a good place to run him to give him another opportunity to add to his collection; but, no luck there. Our roads around here SUCK!!!!!!!

Very good warning; man, it sucks to get keyed. Maybe that's not such a good idea, afterall.

So it's easier for the chebbie guys to swallow, and to reduce the possibilty of getting keyed...

How about a series of small Lightning Bolts 1" long?) along the bottom of the back glass?

There's no direct insult to a specific brand, and you could accumulate more bolts for all the other worthy(?) competition.

Hmmmmm....
