thepawn,

I have had them on all of L lights for several months now and mine still look great, no probs at all. I wonder if you gat a bad pair. Did you talk to Stongard and ask for replacements? Every time I have spoken with them, they have always been very cooperative and they seem to stand behind thier product.

BTW, I have the ultrawhite xenon elements in all of my lights.

Hope this helps!

The Wyldman

I sent their customer service an email, but didn't hear from them yet. I'm going to try giving them a buzz tomorrow. I just want to write down the model/type of light I put in the fog lights so I know exactly what I put in there before I chat with them.

Unhappy Stoneguard. :(

Well, I just removed the "StoneGuard" product frog my fog lights. After having such a good feeling about how well they looked initially, they failed.

I replaced my 55watt stock lamps with 55watt "Xenon Super White" type lights. The StoneGuard is rated for 60watts, but after 4 weeks, my StoneGuards browned and pretty much were melting in the middle.

I put my Texas Mustang fog light covers back on for now...anyone find a thin-film type product they are using for fog lights that can take the heat from those babies?

BTW, I still have it on my turn signals and headlights... I liked it, really wish it worked on the fogs.
