HELP...Spark PLugs GAPS???

HELP...Spark PLugs GAPS???

OK, i just put a 6# pulley on, long tubes (full exhaust), jlp forced intake, n a lower thermostat, i know i need to changed plugs because it is misfiring.. what plugs should i get and what gap...and more importantly how the hell do u gap a plug???

TR6s gapped at 36 should do you fine.
