Impossible to find 12mm x 1.75 lug!

Well I stripped the head of one of my wheel studs the other day after cross threading the lug. I had to cut the stud out with a cutting wheel and destroyed my lug in the process. Anyway, I've tried 8 autopart stores in my area and no one seems to carry a 12mm x 1.75 deep acorn lug or even a set. Any idea where I can find one besides the internet?

Were you at Rita's, in Elkton this past weekend? If so I saw your truck there, was going to stop but was in the wrong lane plus I had the grandson.
I'll check at work tomorrow for the for the stud and nut.

The factory lug nuts arn't cheap ether. I have a 2000 lightning I think they are the 12 mm also? If so and you can't find a replace ment I have an extra for you.

Take a deep breath, go to the dealer, and pay $9.72 each. I lost one at the track and had to buy one a week ago.

he's looking for an acorn lugnut not a factory style. did you ask the parts store's about ordering one? i can't believe its that hard to find the lugnut.

I wasn't talking about the stock lugs. I'm running aftermarket deep lugs acorn style. I found some today at a tire shop, the 11th place I called Why are these so hard to come by? I know expeditions with rims have to run the same type of lugs. Found some today for $1 a piece
