Last night a guy in a Dodge Neon (white w/blue) stripes is checking out my L as he's next to me. He takes off and I catch him at the red light. I get behind him and I hear him reving his motor. He takes off, I go to WOT at the end of the intersection. Well much to my surprise, he's holding me off pretty good. I gain, go to the next lane, pass him as it hits second and shut it down at about 65 at about 3 car lengths on him. He passes with the OK hand signal out the window. I catch him next light I say "that thing runs really good", he says "Not nearly like that s*#t, that thing is sweet!" He had mods to intake, exhaust, cam, electrical, etc. All in all I was really surprised that I didn't pull him harder than I did, but I think he was really shocked that I took him (I don't think he knew what a Lightning is). The run was done all stock except for the PSP filter and it was 101 degrees out.
