Does anyone have any info on the lids that are comming on the new Harleys? Someone had posted a thread a while back that they hade a real nice lid or possiably a lid fron the Blackwood would fit, they are pretty cool to.

 

I think the Blackwood will have a "mini" bed while the Harley will use a full-size bed.

I had posted that i saw them in a rag (truck trend) & that it looked like a nice bed. Went to the dealer to inquire about it but they knew nothing (gee was i suprised). I am waitng another month or so before i go back, hopefully by then someone will know something.

I've seen two different H-D's with 'M' plates in Livonia this week (it's great driving through Roush's neighborhood to work). I asked one guy if he knew who made the lid. He didn't know and said he had looked and it wasn't marked. Looks good, better than my ARE. I didn't ask, but I think the lock is operated with the door/ignition key (an advantage, IMHO).
