Guys running the Navigator Fuel Filter

What year Navigator Fuel Filter are you using? I have the part number, but I would like to get this filter at NAPA as to not get raped by Ford.

See, what I'm gonna do is cut the bracket to where the larger filter fit's and then use a large worm-gear clamp to hold it on.
