95 Cobra (modded) & pre-99 Z28
Man what a blast!
Loss or Tie?
First came the Cobra, we couldn't line up, so we went in line, with me up front. Light went green, and then I took off. I took him all the way to 120 before he passed me. Then I followed him to another deserted road, and he floored it, and slowly walked away. We then came across a stoplight, side by side, and It was neck and neck to approx 100 where we shut down, with him starting to walk away. I asked what he had, 3.73 gears (from 3.08), headers, and maybe some other stuff, I was too excited to remember all of it.
Kill:
Later on that night, I came across a pre-99 Z28, and told my cousin how I was gonna destroy this car (he was with me when I raced the 00 SS) because it wasn't a SS. I asked if he had mods, and he said a little, and wouldn't say what. Light goes green, and I jump out to take the lead all the way through 2nd (shut down). His front bumper was at my door, I guess he was pretty modded.
About 3 miles after shutdown, we were in a construction zone (45mph) and a police cruiser strolls by. So I called it a night. I come home, and read about Hitman. Thats gotta hurt.
That Cobra was pretty quick I am not sure if I should put it in a loss or a tie column. Tie for now...
