Another Kill? More like a mercey killing.
Had my 00 black L for about a month. Great ride! So there I was last night going home from work. I hear this weird noise, kinda like a lawn mower or weedwacker. I looked around and there I saw,....my first kill??? A Honda Civic with a 10 inch wide exhaust pipe!!No way am I going to waste my time. But he wouldn't leave me alone. Tailgating, revving,totally looking for it..I wasn't going to waste my gas, but why not teach him a lesson, right? I mean after all, either he had a 5 liter in there or he hasn't a clue about an L. So I slow down to catch the next red light. Boy if you could see his face!! Happy wasn't the word. He looked as though he'd just won the lottery. Confident, was he ever. I have to admit, I got a little nervous. I mean what the heck was he smiling at? On the juice? 454 big block under the hood or what? So I wasn't taking any chances. When that light turned green, I'd be gone.. Just don't hesitate I thought..just go and don't look back. The light turned green and I was GONE! No mercey!! 60...70...80mph I was outathere!
Oh, the Honda? He made a quick right before the next light, tailpipe between his legs. He was outathere!! Sorry to all those who "killed" vettes and the occasional viper!I hope I haven't embarassed you all. I promise only to kill those worthy of killing from now on.

Simular situation yesterday for me. On my way home and this ricer stopped to let me out of the parking lot and when we turned the corner, he got on it. To much traffic for me to race in. He almost hit the car in front of him to get next to me. It was funny. I live in a small town so I know I will get a chance to smoke him sometime

Great stories. I have an idea that most of these ricers and others goad you on only to see if the L is all that it's cracked up to be. So, they may be doing it only to get a show. One BIG caution, take a REALLY good look around before you smash them to smitherines; they may be setting you up for a speed trap that they know of or they see something you may not.... i.e. a trooper or something.
