Help with tires?

Hey i've been doing some researching and am trying to find the right set up for my 03L. First let me tell you what kinda handling i want out of my tires. I want them to grip real good off the line and handle well around corners...the off the line is more important to me. I was thinking about going with these tires....

...Im just not sure on the sizes. I was thinking the 265/35 in the rear and 245/40 in the front. Is this a good idea (smaller in front) or should i have the same size all around? And if i do go with the smaller front does it make a difference that the front is 40 and the backs on 35's?

ps...these will go on an 18" rim.....Thanks for the help guys

Why would you want skinnier tires than the 295/45? If anything you should get wider tires.

I know some guys that have and like Nitto's. Seem to be better than f-1's and hancooks.

Take a look at the Nitto Drag Radials. http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...88&rd=18&ar=45
