The latest Motor Trend does some testing on two Cobra test mules. One of these is sporting a 5.4L SC Lightning engine, the other has a modified 4.6L 4 valve engine.

The SC Lightning powerplant ended up going 13.4 in the quarter. Not too bad. They had serious traction problems of course.

They had big problems with the front end weight of course. Check it out if you can, pretty good article.
