TPS issues?

I finally hooked up my TPS switch last night and can not get it to work. I went through the setup, but the nitrous selenoid does not click. I tried to do the setup again, but once I remove the pen from the setup button the LED just comes on and stays on, so it is not letting me go through setup again. I have it wired to an ingnition switch so it is not powered when the truck is off, if that matters. I checked voltage. There is power to the TPS and to the relay, however i can not get any power from the other wires coming out of the TPS. There is also power going to the nitrous selenoid because the purge works and i am running them off the same power source.
Just to double check, what wire was i supposed to hook up the TPS switch to the TPS sensor?
Anyone know how i can reset the switch, maybe doing something wrong?

Thanks

I am pretty sure my tps switch is tapped into the grey wire with the white stripe. I took a straight pin and poked it through the wires one at a time until I found the one that goes from .99 volts to 5 volts. That is the trigger wire for the switch.

I am using a controller, so I don't know the diagram for the relay. Sorry, hope this helps.

I think it is supposed to be out, even with the system armed, until you get to your open percentage.
