i went to my svt store to get a white 2000.i told them if they pay my truck off and sell it for 31,400,that i'd take it i had $4,000 cash to put down.so they go in a talk to the man.they come back with $545 a month.but the prich is 33,350 for the truck befor taxes.it's not a bad payment but i went in set on paying $31,400 for the truck.invoice on it is $27,600 so they had room to move.hey $4,000 in my hand should of made they know i was not looking for a joy ride.if they would of came down to $450 a month that around $32,000. so i had to walk away with $4,000 in my hand.i think i'm going to supercharger my 4.6 now.i have headers,kan fipk,exhaust,jacobs dis ignition,t-body power aid,and a SUPER CHIP.so a super charger should put me with more power then a LIGHTNING ,but it's still not a LIGHTNING ,so this is my SAD,SAD,story of my day.for now i will have to keep puting other trucks to the test,after i get my supercharger look out LT1s.

 

Keep looking..you won't be close to the horsepower/torque if you supercharge your truck... You can find a Lightning... It's worth the effort....

yeah what SGT A said..Always get a set price on the vehicle before you tell them what you have to put down.Alot of the dealerships are wheeling and dealing L's at a good price.You can find one,just dont give up.
