Cool Sound Deadning

For all of you who have had problem w/ rattles and such in your truck im wondering where your problem areas where? I recently helped install 2 Eclipse (aluminum) 12's and a Punch 800.2 in my friends L. Well Custom made box of course, everything is in the cab, and all i can say is LOUD. Alumin 12 behind each seat and a flush mounted amp rack between the two, each seat only lost a few notches. So far ive noticed the plastic trim piece underneath the rear window is the prime offendor for rattling, that and theese vent piece's that are clipped onto the back of the cab (between the bed and cab). Im not quite sure what theese vents are, or how id even go about removing them to help deaden the rattle. Any help would eb appreciated, thanks.

I may be wrong here, but I think that those are some type of air vent to help with air flowing through the cab. There is a specific name for it but it eludes me right now. I think that they are also good for when you close the door, that is, it helps the trapped air escape otherwise, the truck would be pretty air tight and the doors very hard to close.
