My ISP is not free, however they do offer a very basic free service. Another namecaller willing to show his IQ huh? I have been with Juno for over a year my brain challenged friend. Oh, Its really not a dynamic ISP and could be blocked (for a very short time of maybe 24 hours) if the admins knew anything about UBB. They can wait till business hours at UBB, make a toll call, and request a block but it will cost them $ money for the call and the block. The crack is very easy for a UBB block and can be had from many websites on the internet.

Lightningquick--Would you care to make a wager on your claim? The difference between you and I is I have not threated the administrators (or anyones) life. Is there anyway you can truthfully make you claim of a 13.20 with a K&N filter and a chip? You posted your timeslips but I was unsure of your modifications. Please help me understand the mysteriously disappeard claimed 1/4 times from signatures on this board. I do not wish to play the attack game. I am trying to gather facts and technical issues about Lightnings here, but suprisingly, no-one wants to participate in technical debates or back-up their incredible 1/4 times with a K&N replacement filter and a chip of any manufacture. Can you break-out of the namecalling?

Your right you can not be banned but you can be dropped from you carrier. Your IP is logged so if the webmaster were to post it any windoze users can go to there command prompt and enter ping ipnumber -t -l 10000 and do this with several other users with 4 or five command prompts and say goodbye to you.
