Thumbs up cam bolts

Well, after getting sick of the runaround from my dealer I purchased a 5/8" SS starwasher ($0.50) and had my front end guy install it today, along with the cam bolt kit, and then align it to Mark W's specs. The truck no longer pulls to the right, and the steering feels a lot lighter and very neutral. If it had not been for all the info published on this board I would never have known about these issues, and would have had a truck that steered badly and wasted expensive rubber. Mucho thanks.

I cannot remember. Did you have the notorious "clunk" noise and did the fix get rid of it? Or, is too early to tell?

Yes, still have the clunk noise, but at least I'm pretty sure it isn't the bolt sliding around.
