Fuel Pump Gone Bad????

Fuel Pump Gone Bad????
Has anyone had to deal with this problem around 11,000 miles? WHat could be the cuase of this?...bad gas? hah....seriously tho, anyone else had this problem? would you recommend changing the fuel filter also then?

i have, i was on the dyno at JLP and my fuel pumps couldn't keep up at 404hp. Johnny changed out the fuel filter and the truck was still going lean whatever we did, so i have to change the pumps....i haven't changed them yet but soon...
