Final NOS Setup

Brandon finished off my NOS install and I didn't get
the pictures til tonight ... Thanks, buddy for the
most stealthy install I have ever seen !!!

Thanks to the guys at Holley too ... You guys ROCK !!!
In case you guys don't remember this is a one of a kind setup
that Holley was going to market but it turned out the
part was too expensive to FAB. So I have the ONLY copy. WOO HOO!!!
And ROB02 and GATOR were nice enough to "donate" the
50 Lb. Stainless Steel Mounting Bracket to me. Thanks !!!

Is that the wiper cowl? Do you have any more pics? That is where I am mounting mine. I did it a different way but I like how that looks. Do you have some more pics of the solenoids? Also where did you run the lines from the wiper cowl into the engine bay?
Thanks

BTW looks great

Can't give away ALL my secrets < grin >

Drilled a hole and grommeted it just behind the EGR.
The NOS feed comes up by the Brake vacuum canister,
but inside the cowl. The fuel line runs straight back from
the Schraeder valve location throught the cowl wall. The
solenoids are monted on an aluminum piece we fabbed
up that screws to the front wall of the cowl area (remove
the plastice piece that runs across there in the engine compartment)
Then all the feeds go through the front cowl wall (VariBit hole)
and slide right up the the EGR piece.

If I electrical taped the aluminum fittings on the EGR, you really
wouldn't notice anything. The WOT sensor is about the only CLUE
left. A cursory inspection (like for GASP "Street Racing") wouldn't
divulge the system unless you REALLY look. All pieces are in black
wire loom all the way to the bed where the bottle is.

Ok, you drilled holes, I was like where the hell did he run it. I did not want to drill any holes. I have the line to the bottle go through the drivers side front fender down the fender wall into the frame rail. Then I have the nitrous line just coming out on the driver side where the electric wires come out for the wiper. I used the wiper wire for power to the solenoid. I think I might just drill the holes, yours looks a lot cleaner.

If you want to hide the WOT switch you can move it under the dash and mount it using the top part of the gas pedal arm. Make yourself a little bracket and it works great and out of the way. Just a little tuff mounting.

I used the TPS switch. I spliced the wire loom down low, and soldered the wire and tucked it back into the wire loom. I ran the wire along the heads and mounted the TPS behind the wire terminal thingy on the passenger side firewall. Can not see anything at all. That will make you totally stealth. I should have some pics next week, going to try and work on the L this weekend to finish it up

Cliff,
You dog you!
Looks great. What kind of shot is it? Are you going to use that on the track for the unsuspecting?

While I probably COULD sneak it past TECH, I wouldn't
go against the safety rules. Something about having
an accelerant in a burning racecar seems to bother the
corner workers....

I sure could use a punch for the Cobra "R"s

I too have problems with the 03-04 Cobras on long stretches. It would be nice to give them a little surprise.

I may talk to you later about this.

Enjoy your weekend.
