I recently took the blower and intercooler off of my L just to have a look, and I want to reassemble now. Having a hard time getting the upper intake gasket and the blower to intake gasket, from Ford they are USA stock and I live in northern Canada, so it may take a week to get them.

Old gaskets look to be in good shape does any one reuse, or are they available aftermarket? I would like to put back together tomorrow night now that the snow is gone and it's been warm out.

 

I have re-used mine 4 times now.

Yes, as long as they are not damaged you will be fine to reuse them. -Mat-
