Painting Brake Calipers
The following web site has an excellent article with photos of exactly how to paint your calipers with the Foliatec kit. I have always found the BMW message boards to be an excellent source of information. I believe the kits cost around $60, but they come hightly recommended.

Im interested. I am currently downloading the Caliper catalog from Foliatec. Is it worth the $60? I will read it over and post the caliper section here so that you guys don't have to download the Acrobat version.
Here are the URLs for Foliatec kits. The paint has been specially developed for high temperature applications and IMHO is the way to go. The bimmer store cost was $48.

I think even $48.00 is too much to pay......I've been painting the calipers on my Vettes for five years with 500 degree over the counter paint and the paint (four years old ) on the calipers still looks great....You should not have to spend more than $15.00 for 2 cans each of paint and clearcoat.....later...
