Actually, I think the board is pretty split on whether AIM is the way to go. I used them, got them in 1 week as promised and the order taker even quoted the right parts.
The AIM shackles come with two holes, for a 2" and a 1-1/2" drop. My measurements showed a requirement for about a 1-3/4" drop for equal wheelwell-to-tire top spacing.

When I did the job, I had the shop try the biggest drop first (ie. the last hole) to see how it looked. Complete satifaction. It's not a full 2" drop.

IMO I would go with the AIM shackle. You get a little bit of leeway and for $45.00, you can't go too far wrong.

Post Rear Drop Shackles (sorry-double post-previous title incorrect)

I recently posted a question about the AIM 2" drop shackles. From the posts, seems that the AIM shackles are not the ones to get.

Which shackles would you recommend?

With the AIM kit and other kits, what is the actual drop that you get when the shackles are installed?

I want the rear to still be approximately .5" to .75" higher. If this is what I am looking for, then which shackles should I purchase?

Thanks in advance.
